Started the day fishing for open water fish. They must of started there own New Years resolution because they were a bit finicky. Could catch one or two out of each school then I had to move on. Once I started targeting deep fish they were almost taking the rod out of my hand. Fish were 2-4 cranks off the bottom and good ones. Deep fish were caught on 3/16th with black and chartreuse tube jigs

Absolutely hammered them!!! Spent two fine days with these gentlemen and the crappie were definitely cooperating. Boated 100 plus fish and some true slabs. Dates are starting to fill up. Book a trip and enjoy some great fishing and great times.
